Search Queries
When a name, location, or other term is typed into a partner search box, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Rains County Inmate Population does not keep its own database of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and return address may be kept long enough to respond, handle a request, or meet a legal duty. Messages are not sold, and they are not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.
